The party system has clearly failed us in so many ways:

• through subservience to the EU
  
  
• failed wars in Iraq and Afghanistan
  
  
• Immigration
  
  
• economic meltdown caused by spending more than we earn
  
  
• and of course the expenses scandals at Westminster
  
  
• and now the Westminster lobbying scandals 

Of course the elephant in the room, ‘The European Union’, is hardly discussed and when it is the LibLabCon all talk about being in it to reform it which is quite simply impossible, even UKIP has joined in and is in an extreme right wing group working for reform.

Rural communities are particularly hard hit with everyone suffering from the closure of many village Post Offices which is as a direct result of EU regulations designed to open up our Postal Services to EU competition.

We have all seen what that ‘opening up’ did to:

• our car industry
• our fisheries
• our military procurement
• our electricity supply
• our water industry
• our highways
• our trains

All fatally damage with compliance with the EU.

Even Westminster is made a mockery of with 80% of our laws being no more than rubber stamping EU diktat imposed on us without any meaningful democratic process!

The party system has clearly failed our Country, our people and our historic allies in so many ways, largely through subservience to the EU.

·        Consider - with a net cash contribution of £6Billion a year or £18Million a day (or £750,000 per hour!) squandered as our donation to The EU according to
Government figures for 2008 AND it has risen since!

·        Consider - that is of course the nett and pays no cognisance to the costs of that which we ostensibly receive in grants which mostly require match funding

·        Consider – that is over £45 Million a day totally wasted by our Government steadily transferring our every asset and all our future to the unaccountable and undemocratic EU in a cross PARTY betrayal!

·        Consider - with a current deficit of £160 Billion and a debt of £1.3 Trillion in 2013 - that leaves these United Kingdoms with very little wriggle room aka BUSTED!

·        Consider - that the interest costs of our borrowing now stand at a staggering extra £500,000 a day or £180 million a year in interest in interest alone!

·        Consider – on this basis if we remain in the EU it is not unemployment that will be the problem it is more likely to be starvation!

·        Consider – that is what PARTY politics has achieved for you, your Country and future generations.

·        Consider – did any member of the failed Party system tell you any of this?

·        Consider – did they ever ask you if you wanted YOUR heritage transferred to a largely undemocratic, centralised and unaccountable supra national committee dictatorship, based in Brussels where 4 out of 27 vassal states are contributors and 23 entire states live to some extent on the wealth earned by British tax payers

·        Consider – these figures are based upon the Government’s own ‘Pink Book’ of expenditure!

Then of course the expenses scandal at Westminster as orchestrated by Glasgow Mick who so few seem to remember was a Blair Brown compromise accepted on the PROMISE he would revise the expenses and allowances structure at Westminster but why should he do that when it became the Milch Cow of him and his wife!.

Major Niall Warry (Rtd.) of Higher Farm Westcombe has been politically active since 1997.

He stood as a Referendum Party candidate and since then, a number of times for UKIP, but recently left as they have become increasingly part of the failed ‘Party system’ and with NO recognised political achievement in 17 years to help get the UK out of the EU.

On the 10th February this year he registered a new political Alliance with the Electoral Commission called the INDEPENDENT Leave-the-EU Alliance made up of two integral components. The first is that any candidate will be completely free of any party and will hold his or her own views and opinions and second that they are committed to leaving the EU which now adversely affects every aspect of our lives. His aim is to provide a platform and forum for true patriots, on which others can rally as he predicts the LibLabEUkipCon gradually disintegrates before the electorate’s eyes.

Niall Warry says:
“It is clear that the corruption at Westminster is endemic aided and abetted by the ‘Party System’ which is clearly no longer fit for purpose. The only answer is to get more INDEPENDENT MPs who will put their country before Party.”

The response to this initiative so far in his constituency of Somerton and Frome, having found a core of supporters in all the major towns of Frome, Bruton, Wincanton, Castle Cary, Somerton, Langport and Martock, has been very encouraging.

So the election has finally been called and Gordon Brown, our unelected Prime Minister, will now be taking part in the same old failed ‘Party’ election process of which he has been a major player since 1997, with hands on experience of damaging Britain under the mantras of Party Politics!

This is the same party system that has so spectacularly failed by plunging us into a vassal status directly ruled by the European Union over many years and with the final nail in the coffin being the signing of The Lisbon Treaty on 1st December 2009.

Gordon Brown has also presided over a complete collapse of our economy, having promised us no more boom and bust, he was so right with boom and bankrupt, where he has saddled our grandchildren with a huge debt for years to come. Yet with a Party system there has been very little effective opposition from the other parties.

The main parties are responsible for the palpable failure in Afghanistan after our defeat in Iraq and for allowing uncontrolled immigration from Eastern Europe and permitting rapist, murderers and criminals to move in and out of the country virtually at will. Whilst our citizens now go unprotected and are subject to the spurious EU arrest and extradition laws.

It is time to lay down a marker, it is time to vote for people who do not put party or self before country – it is time to vote for an INDEPENDENT candidate.
